About Shipping
Free shipping is included on every order of WineGiftsOnline.com wine gift packs. We take care of the shipping cost, all you have to do is pick a wine gift package from our selection and we send it directly to your receipient. This is an excellent way to choose a wine gift for a special occasion, holiday or thank you.
IMPORTANT All packages will require an adult signature. It may be best to have your order delivered to a business address if possible.
BY LAW WE CANNOT SHIP TO Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah.
We mean it, shipping is on us!
Why do we offer free shipping? Well, if you’re like most people, trying to qualify for the free or discount shipping can become a consuming goal and exercise. With WineGiftsOnline.com you don't have to worry about it at all. Just order what you want and we take care of the rest.
We want to make your checkout process as easy as possible. There are no minimum amounts to spend before you qualify for free shipping.
If everything you order is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If you would like your order expedited (e.g. for a time sensitive gift) please let us know using the Comments field during checkout. Occasionally items are out of stock and aren't readily available from our suppliers. When this happens, we will contact you immediately to discuss other arrangements.
When you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, your gifts will be delivered promptly and you will not be charged for delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses could result in a delay in receiving your wine gift so we double check all orders for accuracy. To avoid delivery problems we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes, or addresses outside the U.S.
All orders will be shipped via either UPS or Federal Express depending on the state. All deliveries of alcohol purchases will require an adult signature.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to wine in transit caused by climatic conditions. If your order is being shipped to a very warm or very cold part of the country we advise you request Express service. All orders of wine being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be processed via Express Service only. Please enquire for shipping rates if you do require this option.
Please note, due to state laws we are currently unable to ship wine to the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah. In addition, shipments to Massachusetts can only be made to business addresses. We are unable to ship orders to MA residences at this time.
